I sold a broken phone for parts.59$:? Two months later she contacted me said it didn't have what she wanted on itm it was too badly broken. Wanted her money back (2 months later) I agreed to give ,$30 back. She asked me to send it to her PayPal.ni did. Their was only one person with that name listed on PayPal. She said she didn't get the ,$30. Long story short. I had to give her $55 back . 2 months later for an as is does not work item. eBay took the money from my funds.. eBay told me I can file an appeal, however I can't get past that worthless bot. I can't appeal because all they're doing is leading me around in circles. I'm going elsewhere with my business after I sell the lot I'm selling for someone else.. This judgement makes no sense to me. I know the woman is a scammer she said she had other open cases with eBay. I also never received my phone back..I paid for it but I don't get it back and eBay isn't talking
