A package delivery

I never received my order to my P.O. Box address. It got delivered to a different address, 

I contacted UPS and they said that the package was delivered. But not to my po box address

that is listed in my eBay account.

I contacted eBay and they look in the case for 1hr and close the case because they said items shows delivered.

I appealed this decision. 

What else should I do?

Just to confirm, you filed a claim that you did not receive your package (item) right?   Then the Seller uploaded a tracking number to the claim which showed it was delivered.  Then UPS confirmed it was delivered to a different address right?

Was this a high priced item?  If so then you were most likely scammed by the Seller.  What was delivered to the other address was probably something cheap.

@disneyshopper   Were you thinking the Seller saw the address was a PO box and intentionally shipped something other than what was purchased by UPS?

It was just a $35 dollar item it was sent to the wrong address.

this is the name of the eBay seller (nao74647)

I contacted them 4 times and they just keep telling me the item was delivered.

(Its long story) But UPS told me it was delivered but not to my eBay address that is in my account. And they could not tell me the address by law.

@culturepopcollectibles   Ask them for the GPS coordinates of the delivery point.  That information should be available to you.  It may be their rule but it is certainly not "the law" with regard to where they delivered the package with YOUR name on it!  Obviously is was not to your address, unless it was stolen by a porch pirate.

That may be the problem, UPS can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

GPS = Global positioning system

When items are scanned by carriers the GPS location is recorded.

They do I check with post office. They get deliveries from them all the time
