A machine manual

Asked a seller a simple question. Is the manual original or a reprint ,his answer was a reprint as it is stated in the description well it's not in the description it is in the full description which I found later ,ok maybe my fault but I don't deserve to be answered that way . So here I sit trying to explain myself and all I wanted to do is tell an agent. Why does ebay make it so hard to talk to a person

What would you expect an agent to do? Unfortunately, you can not force a person to be nice. The only penalty for not being nice is less than stellar feedback so others don't buy.
