I emailed the buyer and let them know the issues i have with cancelling the order but that I had not shipped and would not ship the item they decided not to buy, and that they SHOULD NOT be charged since I never purchased a shipping label. THERE IS NO OPTION for a refund AND the CANCEL option DOES NOT WOROK now that the cancellation request was accidentally rejected. No option exists for 'refund' and the 'cancel order' does not work anymore as it says it is 'now closed'. I have spoken with seller support twice and they say that they 'fixed' it but the order is now saying LATE SHIPMENT. It obviously was never actually cancelled after two agents saying they did do that.
