3 unpaid Strikes eBay say I have none

I have Tried to bid and buy items and sometimes not able to because it says I have 3 unpaid items.

I went to returns and cancelations and found all  3 from Jan 5, 2023 Same seller same time

Cancellation reason (Buyer Has Not Paid)

These 3 items were 2.57 each total $7.71 I am assuming that I asked for combined shipping. Not sure were it went from there

Contacted Seller no help there.

Contacted EBAY no help there ! Twice

It’s not “silly”.  Buyers that don’t pay cause problems for sellers, and it disrupts the marketplace for other buyers.  Neither eBay nor the seller can reverse the unpaid item strikes.  It’s up to each seller whether to activate the block for buyers within 12 months.  If you can find sellers that don’t have the block enabled, or items with immediate payment required, you’ll still be able to purchase.  
The strikes will age off 365 days after you got them.

The good news is, in slightly over two months they'll age off and your account will revert to its previous buying condition, assuming it hasn't picked up any different types of restriction.
