The 1099k includes gross receipts - refunds are not deducted. So you need to total up refunds, too.

If you were paid through paypal any part of the year, you also need to pull info there. PAyment through paypal are not included in your eBay 1099k.
For sales paid through paypal, go to paypal and run the annual financial summary. This gives you sales and paypal fees. Also run an activity download report to identify the sales tax included in your gross receipts that you need to subtract, if you did have sales paid through paypal.
