1099 form?

I thought ebay was going to have a 1099 form for me.  I just checked and there is nothing there.  It says 

You don't have any 1099-K tax forms available

I recall earlier in the year getting an email saying I was over $600 sales and that I would get a 1099.

Can anyone clarify for me?  thanks.
