Some users may not see the latest clues right away, because their ISP caches the web site once, and then distributes the old copy to the rest of its clientele who visit that web site in the next 10 minutes. This means that the latest web site is not being retrieved every time you click refresh.
Your browser may be caching the web site, as well. If you see other users discussing new clues in eBay's Treasure Hunting Forum, but you still see only the old clues on eBay's Treasure Hunting Clue page, try this:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options...;
Click Delete Cookies... and press OK to confirm;
While still in Internet Options, click Delete Files... and press OK to confirm;
And, finally, click Clear History and press Yes to confirm. Click OK to exit out of the Internet Options screen.
