If i understand the rules correctly, at 3:00 am est it will be 12:00am pst and the final day of the treasure hunt will start and we will get the final 25 clues through the day.

It ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the 23rd. There are 175 $1000 prizes and on President's Day, there were 25 $2000 prizes, for a total of 200 clues.
