Question about BUY IT NOW button

If you click BUY IT NOW in the wrong auction, will you have to buy the item, or will there be a way to cancel out on the page it takes you to?

It is a buy it now but can have paypal logo.

I just talked to the guy who won with the brown canteen yesterday. He said that the auction was a buy it now but that it did have a paypal logo. Just thought I'd share. I've seen a lot of people who thought it would not have a paypal logo.
