Googled 'largest', came up with World's largest Roadsite attractions in St. Paul, MN. Returned to Ebay, searched for "st. paul" with quotes, BIN, USD, had the coutnry and shipping charges on display, and went to town, found on the 10 or so click, had to scroll down to see the winning banner though, had a photo, check screen shot here http://www.todd-brazil.org/Ebay/ebay.htm

i got the antique freight car one after a bit of googling. i had decided at the beginning of this thing that if it had more than a few hundred listings, i wasnt searching it. freight car had about 200 and it was on the 2nd page of new listings. no, ebay never shut me up about anything and i love how people maintain that i said things that were never said. there were no deleted posts. 🙂

Hey all! I won #48 "by a nose" to "racing saddle." I had actually looked up the word saddle earlier in the game thinking it was the answer, but it didn't work. Suddenly, this clue came up and I searched for saddle. But all these same auctions came up with the word leather. So I did what others here have done, I put in the search "saddle -leather" and right there in the middle of the search page was this plain looking title. Clicked on it and it was the winner. I was so freaked out...woke up my roommates and for about half a day I thought it might have been a hoax...but it wasn't!! I would post my screenshots, interview, etc, but the site is a site that also sells a product and that's against ebay rules (they already told me about it and I'm not doing ANYTHING to piss them off right now!). Congratulations to everyone and I really hope ebay does this again...I'm ready to go at it!!

i won # 200 decathlete first person i thought of was bruce jenner and all i could remember of him is that he was on the wheaties box search for wheaties clicked newly listed items and it was about 20 down the list found it in about 1 minute. kind of nervous though i was notified right away that i was the winner of the auction and i read in the official rules that they would be contacting me within 7 (business days) with forms to sign. but i only have 10 regular days after the auction is over to send them back so if they wait the full 7 days to contact me plus 2 weekend days that's 9 days andthat would put it to next friday even if i over nighted it would there be anyone there to receive it they wouldn't get it until monday which would be 12 days. did everyone else get their paper work right away?

OK OK, now that I've been notified by eBay that I AM in fact the lucky winner of #198 (Marlon Brando, James Dean, Feter Fonda, Henry Winkler) I will go ahead and post.

The first thing I thought of was an old photo of Brando on a bike, James Dean (did he even ride a bike in 'Rebel'?), Fonda of course was in Easy Rider and the Fonz - well, you know. Then I realized that they would all be riding "vintage" bikes.

Using the parameters of [Buy it Now, IN U.S., IN U.S. Dollars, sorted by newly listed] I did a search for "vintage biker jacket" and returned zero results. Then I changed the word biker to "motorcycle" and got 13 total results - "VINTAGE BLACK MOTORCYCLE JACKET, XL" was the very first listing.

I needed to scroll to the very bottom of the listing to see the winning banner - the gallery photo was of the jacket. URGHHH!

I was very close to quitting several times, especially after barely missing three other hidden clues earlier in the contest. But my perseverance payed off (or was it the sleep I got after quitting on the previous day???)

does anyone out there know what the rationale was behind the 'swoosh, swoosh' clue? That was the last one I worked on as it made me crazy when I saw the answer!

sandyb.... The rules state ... which must be returned within ten (10) days after issuance of prize notification or prize will be forfeited, which means you have 10 days after you receive the notice to return them.

Hi paperdragons, et al - I have just received my notification from Marden-Kane. There is a discrepancy in the amount of $$$ won. I won on FEB 23, but the email states that my winnings are for $2000 cash. There is a PDF file attached with the email. Is this a bogus email??? I am very skeptical about fraud. We all know how many emails go around that are spoofs.

What I'd like is a confirmation that other winners are getting paperwork from the same email addy and sending filled paperwork to the same addy!

I received an email from Erica at Marden-Kane with 3 attatchments to download. An affidavit and letter (doc files) and a W93 Tax form (pdf file). I downloaded all of them , filled them out, had the Affadavit notarized and mailed the forms out. I called Erica and made sure I got the address correct, so you can be rest assured that they are legit,
