I won the Bison clip art.

I didn't even know the clue because it had not been posted yet.

After trolling the boards for a couple of hours I saw some screenshots of the previous winning auctions.
All of them had a few things in common.

All were listed around Feb. 15 23:00

When an item is posted it is given an item number and item numbers are in sequence as they are listed.

I started searching item numbers starting with the last winning item number and checking every number after the
last winning number.

Then I found the winning page.

The page had a picture saying that I had won.

I had to click buy it now and I has to click the commit to buy button as well.

After that It did not allow me to checkout.

I received the standard winning buyer email that you get with all auctions and that's it.

According to eBay's rules they will be sending me an email within 24-48 hours.

The purchase does not appear in "My eBay"

It's as if I did not "buy" anything.

After I had won I refreshed the clues page and the new clue wasn't posted. It finally did about 30 seconds later. Then it showed it was solved about 30 seconds after that.

Here is proof that I won. Note you have to have a Microsoft Passport to view this.

If he really won, he wouldn't have risked posting. Ebay tells all the winners if they post about their winnings, they lose the thousand dollars.

i think he really won, and what he says makes sense...that bison clip art one was solved before the clue posted i was here...and some others have said you can find them by trolling through auctions
