How do I know when I have found the eBay listed item to get the money

I wonder if I have to bid on an item that I think is the right one or will it say in the item description?

NO! If you find the right auction it will have a banner and say Congratulations. There will not be an item in the auction to buy, BUT you do have to click the but it now button for it to get processed. It only looks like a real auction in the listings not on the actual page.
