or it's that a few hundred thousand more people are clicking refresh about 300 times a minute, not to mention the autorefreshers, the message threads about Chu,etc
and no i haven't seen any such problem or even heard of it.. as a matter of fact it might just be her computer. I know sometimes after long hours of surfing my browser will stop displaying most images, until I completely close all IE windows or even have to restart.
