Buy It Now Filter-- Does it Work??

I am searching for new items and filtering with only Buy It Nows,, is everyone else doing this??? or should I show all items,, ive been on top of the last 4 and seems like im missing something... get back at me

yeah i using the BIN filter, not sure if I should, it seems i've missed many items and been searching the right spot......

I thought the last clue (Food Administrator) was Herbert Hoover....I searched Hoover....using no Paypal, Buy it Now only, and items newly listed. Hoover was the right answer but I didn't see the listing.
