Personalization Box not showing up

"Personalization" is checked in "Item Specifics" and instructions are in the box but the Personalization Box but is not showing up in the listing.

Just starting selling, and it appears eBay is making all the money!

I just started selling and am shocked at how little I'm receiving from a sale. Ebay makes more than 50% off each sale...while I provide the item, and do all the physical work. Am I doing something wrong? Not feeling too good about this.
