This is probably not anything special, but still I would like to know the artist who made it. At first glance I thought it might be Steven, but then with a magnifying lens, it started to look like an engraved duck or swan symbol at the beginning followed by EVEN or EVER or SVEN. It is engraved 1986 to the far left with some sort of symbol after, then either the duck/swan(if that is what it is... might just be letters I'm seeing), followed by the more bold letters that I can't quite make out the spelling on. Then followed by '86. It's engraved with #1047 on the bottom. Also, what is the name of the uniform he is wearing and what branch/type of service man is he? What type of metal is this... pretty sure it's not pewter.

It is pewter, and it's a Michael Ricker piece. I can't find a match but the uniform might be police or chauffeur.
