Help with hallmarks on Silver Serving Spoon

I am hoping that someone can help me to identify the marks on this spoon.  I have two of them in a fitted Birks case but I don't think they are Birks. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you...

Your marks are very close to the Russian spoon seen here:

Thank you very much for your reply. The marks are almost identical to those Russian marks including the horse hallmark.  I appreciate your help and I will continue my research.
