First Edition Book/Magazines Civil War

Hello 
Recently I acquired (cleaning out my brothers place) books and magazines. I came across The Gettysburg Magazine. What is different about this one, is it is the very first issue, limited additions, from 1989, in exceptional condition. 

Where or how can I determine their worth, if any.

I always started price research by looking at recent comparable sold items here on eBay. A quick search shows that two have recently sold, for $12.57 + free shipping and the other for $55 + shipping. Of course condition, demand, etc will always affect those sold items as well as how you price yours.
