Can anyone read chinese mark on a zeewo silver cup ? Thankyou

Looking at your pictures again, I think there may only be two characters in the stamp. Some of the other examples appeared to be a bit more complex.

ZeeWo's pieces are included in a lot of online auction results, but I didn't see any of them which provided an interpretation or translation for this stamp.

@cprice7369;

The Chinese characters in the stamp appear on all of the silver works attibuted to ZeeWo, in the pictures I can see on google. I would assume that it is his artist's chop, a stamp that he used to identify his pieces. So a translation would probably not provide much information.

ZeeWo was a Chinese silversmith who made silver in Shanghai China and was active from 1870 to 1930.

I think that a couple of the characters in the stamp are the syllables of the artist's name. There also appear to be a couple of other characters, that I wasn't able to identify.

著我  =  Zhe wǒ
