jade and brass money clip very heavy please help to identify

I have held on to this for several years, from a storage auction. I didn't want to sell it for nothing and find out it is worth substantially more. I researched the name atirou it is  Portugal.  Has anyone seen a similar piece or knows of the artist.

This looks like a dress clip or a shoe clip, probably shoe if it is that heavy. It was one of a pair at one time. The green part is probably glass, but I don't know for sure. If it is jade, a jeweler could probably tell you.

I was thinking the same thing, shoe or dress clip.  My guess for age is turn of the century Victorian.

I had the same thought it seemed the silver was  not an old addition it looks newer any clue on the makers stamp I can get a bigger picture of stamp

it turns out this and the earing are jade whatis the value on jade these days please-
