I found Jun Yuan. It is a departmental store in China, presuming its online. They sell all kinds of things, and have been operationg since 2012.

Quartz clocks started in the 30s or so.

Ddidnt find any trademark like the one on the clock...need more pics!

Are you sure there is nothing stamped on the plastic anywhere? Plus, can we see a pic of the thing under the 12-hour mark? It looks a little older to me and like it might be from Asia but that is a guess
