Hello I assume you are asking about the small box with the dot?  Otherwise the "925" means that it is a sterling piece. This is not  a vintage or USA made piece.

I think it could possibly be a retired Brighton piece.    The heart charm on it looks like the ones on other Brighton Bracelets.   I believe they do make sterling pieces.
