Gold and Lucite Carved Oval Link Bracelet Identification Help Signed

I am trying to identify the maker of this bracelet.  I am thinking it might be lucite but am not sure.  The gold tone links are nice and heavy.  The marking may be Monet but it is very difficult to read.  It is a stretch bracelt.  Thanks!!!!

It's hard to tell from these images, but the marking seems to say '14kt', although theres a first letter I can't make out. The inlay could potentially be carved carnelian? Again it's hard to tell with these images, better ones with a higer magnification would help.
