Could this brooch be D&E aka Juliana? Would welcome any and all insights!

Hello!

I hope it's okay to ask another question so soon (I appreciate the help from yesterday very much!).

I'm wondering if this brooch might be D&E aka Juliana?  I've done a lot of research recently.  To my untrained eye, it seems to have some of the characteristics:some puddling and slightly "messy" spots on the back, pin stops, a larger single round stone with many prongs all around it, layers to the brooch design, a combination of open and closed backs on the stones (which my research told me was sometimes the case).   

But, I've scoured multiple D&E/"Is it Juliana" sites for this particular brooch and have not been able to find it.  Not exactly sure how to describe it either -- a spray?  Floral spray?
