all of the upgrades did not work  I haved called and they made a case for me and said NO ONE HAS CALLED?

I wonder if thats true? and look at you photos after you upload them now they are downgrading them

Good morning, 

I am also having a problem with the app crashing. I am using an ipad (9th generation), using the latest version of iOS (16.6) and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When reinstalling, I can use the app like normal up until I log in, which causes the app to crash, and then it will immediately crash every time I try to open it after that. 

I can still access and use the app like normal on my phone (iPhone SE 2022) using the same iOS (16.6). 

I can also still access and use my account like normal on my desktop. 

I do not know what else to try. I have tried turning my device on and off, uninstalling and reinstalling software, updating my OS, and I know my account is in good order. I need assistance.
