I ordered a comforter which I was told was delivered after 3 different dates . I was apparently away when it was finally delivered and have no idea what happened to it. Ebay s policy says money back guarantee if seller doesn't refund money . Ebay told my bank it was delivered and they have no proof of purchase . But on my Chase app order says Ebay. No one has gotten back to me and I'm out $209.52
