Not receiving notification Battery saver off

Ebay has been messing up and not always giving me notifications. Or delayed. Or none at all. Why always so much problems with ebay. Worst tech service.

In addition to the Battery Saver mode, some commonly overlooked settings that can prevent notifications:

Battery Optimizer: go to Settings: Battery, click on the three dot menu, make sure that the eBay app is NOT Optimized.

Go to the Settings Manager: Apps: eBay: Notifications: make sure that the settings are correct.

Within the eBay app itself: Settings: Notifications -- make sure they are enabled and the proper individual categories are turned on.

Make sure you device is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode or in "Quiet Time", or else that the eBay app is set to override those modes.
