Incidental Sales is what I was thinking this might mean. Now instead of Category Specific Ads, eBay is sending it site wide. Like the lady with curlers might buy a new Money Clip. Will this mean that the Clicks will be coming in faster? Good question. Just make sure the Budget is what you can afford. eBay keeps to the Budget, the same cannot be said of Google, of course.
