so i ship in 2 days I get a bad mark couse post office is slow is this fair?

Yes, it sucks. But don't feel too bad. I offered free shipping on an item once - back before you could not give stars for shipping charges. Someone dinged me for free shipping. I guess she wanted me to hand deliver the item!
