Had to look twice when I got this message. It is the Uk group that I joined to see how much activity was happening there and, it apparently isn't enough so if anyone wants to keep them going there needs to be activity now. Just throwing it out for conversation. If the UK group hasn't been getting the traffic and is closing, the members are welcome to come here. Since I'm a few minutes late in reading this, we can also change the name of the "Suspenders" thread to "Suspenders and Braces." 🙂

All of the members of the UK group are people from this group. It was started way back when the boards switched to the current format. A lot of people were uncomfortable with the new board format, and wanted to post somewhere that felt "familiar." The UK boards still use that old format, so Jillian opened a group there for anyone who wanted to use it. A few of us used it for a while, but once everyone got used to the new style board, the UK boards pretty much got abandoned. There's really no reason to keep it open. -- Kathy

Isn't that chutes and ladders? Snakes and ladders sounds like a fun game for little kids. One ladder leads to garter snakes the other to rattle snakes. Better make a game board, use ACEOs for the pictures. Make a million!!! or NOT. ~Patty~

Might be a Canadian thing. I had that game as a kid, and it was Snakes and Ladders, but when I moved to the US I got laughed at and told it was Chutes and Ladders. -- Kathy

Some days my Canadian accent shows up, lol. Like when I ask when the eavestroughs are going on the house. Oops, here they're called gutters. Kathy you think you got laughed at... I was born in Canada but didn't speak English until they let me loose in the neighbourhood. Yup, learned it all on the fly.
