Shipping & Handling for Multiple ACEOS

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on what to offer as a combined shipping & handling discount for for multiple ACEO purchases, taking into account the Certificate of Authenticity, the protective sleeve, and the postage. Well, with the new pricing fvf starting in April, I am not sure what to advise. It's going to be advantageous to offer free shipping. So multiple ACEO shipping won't be affected. If someone buys multiple ACEOs I usually refund all or most of the shipping paid. I charge $1.75, which really doesn't cover postage anyway - especially with gas prices going up so much - I live in a rural area and don't trust putting my mail in the mailbox. I also rebate the cost of any additional ACEOs above one - just rebate it via Paypal. I usually send two in the same size greeting card, same weight, week after week, and almost NEVER get the same postage quoted. It can range from 44 cents to $1.64 - depending as far as I can tell, on who is at the counter and what mood they are in. Argue, and I have a feeling they take it in the back and stomp on it - so I don't. :( Vena
