Looking for a good definition

This has more then likely been hashed and rehashed... But I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm a computer programmer and artist! As far as writing something in a human language, I fall quite short :) Is there a good, short and sweet definition/explaination of ACEO cards that I would have permission to use? I want to send out a Limited Edition of an ACEO card to all the people who have purchased from me this past year (that being, purchased my SpiroTarot, Oh Wicked Wanda Tarot, and other misc stuff here on eBay) as a 'thank you for your business ~ Season's Greating' kind of thing.. Since these people may have never heard of ACEO's, I want to print out what they are on the card that I'll be sending the ACEO in......! Help Please!
