Sometimes emails go astray - into 'junk' mail. I actually hate the junk filters as I have to check it for mail I WANT. All my PayPal emails are going into junk at the moment for instance. I know some people just delete their junk without looking, and also, if they don't check in 24 hours, it self destructs, anyway.
I'm not sure where you might get these printed in small runs. Check locally for giclee printers. If you do ACEO size then you might be able to get a whole lot printed as 'one' large - then only pay the one price.
Kinko's do OK with 'wallet size' photos on photo paper - 4 at a time. But you MIGHT want to ask them if you buy your own canvas printing paper (easy to buy from office supply, art supply stores, or online - maybe eBay has some listed?), can you use that in their machine? They often allow people to put in their own specialty paper - like with letterheads and such. So you might like to ask.
Try also asking 'www dot iprintfromhome dot com' I think they do printing on canvas online and I can recommend them as a great company - I get slides from digital photos from them - their prices are very reasonable and service is exceptional. I think they have branched out to doing printing for artists. Again, you probably would need to supply several ACEO size images as 'ONE' image and get it printed large size, then cut up the canvas yourself.
The big printers for doing this type of printing are fairly expensive, but getting cheaper all the time, but INKS are dreadfully expensive and used up quickly. If you buy the canvas sheets then you can just do them in you own home color printer if you want. They would be archival to about 25 years or so, at least - and probably a lot longer.
