ALERT: New listing page no longer links to 'about me'

My work computer shows a new listing page layout today. No opt out option and no link to my ME page anywhere.

No, they have reversed some. The one about holding new listings for 8 hours or more before listing has gone, or at least seems to have gone. That was a disaster, and the beginning of our woes. They also didn't bring in the 'no links' policy for listings they were going to last summer. So that was a reversal, even though they didn't implement it. -- ~Jillian artist, Jillian Crider ... google me!

Kathy how is it in a seller's interest to have neutrals changed to negs? I see that as a huge MINUS. No no . . . they REVERSED that one. Ebay made the decision to count neutrals as negs sometimes last year, and the outcry was so great that they reversed their decision. -- Kathy

Oh okay, I didn't know they reversed it. I thought it was still our sword of Damocles, hovering over us.

Once you get stuck with the new listing page, is there a way to navigate to the ME page, or are the ME pages being eliminated? -- Kathy

You can get to the ME page from My World (click the id link). That link to see the new page is a trap. There's no way back, as far as I can tell.

UGH! It might as well be eliminated. Who the heck ever clicks on "My World?" Sounds like the only way to have a ME page now will be to place a link in the auction description, IF they'll allow that. -- Kathy

I tried the link to the new page earlier and was able to get back. There was a link at the top of the page that said "Switch back to previous version." Right next to that was a link that said "Send us your comments." Okay, since they asked . . . -- Kathy

I probably got lucky. I'm not going to try it again, although I guess it doesn't really matter if I get stuck with it. They're going to force it on everyone in a short time anyway. -- Kathy

This is sooooo unfair! I just set up my stupid me page....ugh! Why make so many changes without seller imput? Aren't we the backbone of eBay? No sellers = no buyers. Amber
