My application was rejected

I am a seller that works as a data engineer as well. I was looking to build a tool using the API, unfortunately my application was rejected. I have not been able to find a way to contact ebay to get this resolved.

Here is the error that was shared with me.

When you do make contact, have your seller account username, application details, and the error message ready. Persistence and trying multiple channels are often necessary to resolve this.
