Hello,
Is Sandbox down? I have been trying to execute an API call with the example call provided in the docs, and I am only getting this error:
{"errors":[{"errorId":100000,"domain":"API_MARKETPLACE_INSIGHTS","category":"APPLICATION","message":"There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance."}]}
Here is a snippet of my Python code to make the call:
Many people have posted about this issue previously, but I did not see any recent developments.
Thanks in advance.

The error message you provided suggests that there's an internal problem on eBay's side rather than an issue with your code specifically. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Verify Sandbox Status: Check the status of the eBay Sandbox environment. Sometimes sandbox environments undergo maintenance or experience temporary outages. You can check the status on the eBay Developer Program website or their status page.
Double-check API Endpoint and Headers: Ensure that the API endpoint (url) and headers are correctly formatted and match the eBay API documentation for Sandbox. Make sure there are no typos or missing parameters.
Retry Later: Temporary issues can often be resolved by retrying the request after some time. If eBay is experiencing internal system problems, waiting a while and trying again later might resolve the issue.
Contact eBay Developer Support: If the issue persists or if it's a recurring problem, it's best to contact eBay developer support for assistance. Provide them with the specific error message you're receiving, your API call details, and any relevant information about your environment.
Community and Forums: Sometimes other developers using the eBay API might have encountered similar issues. Checking eBay developer forums or community platforms can provide insights or updates from others experiencing the same problem.
Given the error message indicates an internal problem with eBay's system or process, the issue is likely beyond your control and should be addressed by eBay's technical support team. If you've already checked these steps and the problem persists, reaching out to eBay developer support is your best course of action.

Hello @ryka-1097 , @bbautosalesllc , @maande5045 & @sweetsequoia ,
I'm sorry to bother you with an old post, but I'm experiencing the same issue :
Did you manage to find a way to solve this problem? Or did you find a workaround with a specific header or settings? How did it end for you?
