fedex damaged package

Fedex damage package in delivery.

I have filed a claim and went ahead and refunded buyer.

My question is, I was trying to pull up the shipping label and somehow created another.(but didnt print it)

Of couse you cant void it because "it has not been delivered"...what do I do??

If you printed the label through eBay you'll be able to void it on the "order details" page. If that doesn't work I'd give FedEx's customer service a call and explain the situation - they'll likely issue a refund.

If the label is not used in 30 days, Fed Ex will refund your account.

FedEx doesn't charge until label is used do, you need do nothing.

Interesting....I to had an item damaged in shipping by fedex ($120). I had "Fragile" labels all over  it. filed a claim with fedex...was told that I had to file with Ebay. Called cust. service for ebay and they said I had to file with fedex.

This run-around is very frustrating, so who do I believe? I did file with fedex about 2 mos. ago and they paid. Told their cust. service person that....they said to call ebay.
