I have been ripped off by ebay for a while.

I sold a hat on ebay last week for $23. The buyer paid for shipping, The total comes to $31.38. Ebay only paid me $7.00. Can someone please help me figure this out. There are so many unexplain charges to my bank account by ebay for a while now. I do not sell a lot on ebay but it seems like some scammers working for ebay is monitoring when I sell and use the opportunity to either scam me or charge me for unnecessary Seller's fees. These people has networks. They pick on easy targets.

You should get a breakdown of fees you were assessed. (order details) Does it add up there?

Go to the Payments tab in the Seller Hub and you can see a breakdown of the fee's.
