I have been using eBay for some time now and opened a store in 2019. But when that thing occurred my suppliers stopped shipping, we were just hitting our stride. I am now just seeing returning customers coming back and THAT is what I like to see.
We had this "Karen Customer" from cyber hell but a great eBay rep smoothed out that entire nightmare. I just wish we could be given a break on shipping.. it's not like eBay couldn't afford it.
