Hi All,
As a seller I feel unfair because my buyer requested me to refund her money. From my tracking history, Item already received at front door. She still make a report to ebay and my payment was hold by paypal. What am i suppose to do? How to report this case,she already open case to claim refund.

Respond to the case with the tracking number so eBay will see that the item has been delivered.
EBay will close the case in your favor.
