Promotions Manager in Mobile: Question for Blues

Starting next month, we will display the best Promotions Manager special offers from sellers in search results on the eBay mobile app.

I am glad to hear ebay will start displaying PM special offers in mobile, but I do have two questions:

What criteria will ebay use to determine "the best" special offers?

Will Seller Hub show us which of our promotions (if any) are being displayed in mobile?

1. The offers are chosen automatically based on various factors including how good the offer is, has seller traditionally had good offers, how relevant offer is for item listing.

2. No, this is a feature we're looking to add in the future.

When you recieve these, and they are rare now, very rare, you miss them because you are using the mobil app which is really bad.  We barely get a break as it is, and an app comes along to make things easier, but ebay wont allow you to see any promotional perks on there.  Another slap in the face to the sellers.  If this does change we will all be happy but they have cut their promotional offers to sellers.  Many threads complaining they do not receive promotions on no matter what computer they use cause ebay corporate greed does not respect its sellers.

My question has nothing to do with ebay's listing promotions for seller. My question was about the Promotions Manager tool, which allows sellers to create various discount offers, sales, etc, for their merchandise. Two totally different things. Sorry if it was confusing.
