Spring Seller Update: When will all the details be posted? Calculators updated?

I currently have an anchor store.

However with the change my tentative plan is to downgrade to premium until the dedicated customer support is in place. 

I am trying to estimate my listing fees only (not FVF's) but all the calculators have the old fee structure in addition I can't find information on a per listing fee after the store allotment is used.

Will the fee stay the same .10 per FP listing at the premium level?

In other posts eBay staff have indicated that the insertion fee prices aren't changing. They have also indicated that the fee calculators won't be updated before May 1.

Thank You, I just don't understand why you put out an announcement all prettily wrapped up and leave out pertinent information.
