I bought these two at an auction. They were described as hand painted on wood. If they are hand painted they are watercolor. They are okd and on wooden plaques. They are signed "Cecil" I think these may be old reproductions but I'm not sure. I did a Google search of the images and found a couple of them on paper and they were either attributed to Cecil Beaton or Mary Cecil Allen. How do I know if these are watercolor or just reproductions ? Does anyone recognize these? Thanks for your help in advance.
