Would like to know the logic behind this. Buyer purchases an item and I
ship it same day. The item went first class and was taking much longer
than anticapted for delivery so the buyer messaged me and inquired about
the item. When I looked and called...
We pay so yeah take 30 seconds or create a checks and balance system
that fixes nonsense feedback. We can't leave these buyers feedback but
they can outright lie and false inform on the feedback they leave. 100%
unfair to us sellers who pay...the buy...
Understand that but when a buyer does zero to communicate its pretty
quick and clear cut to look at. No need to look at everyone but when
something does arise and they are called upon its a 30 second check.
I understand that happens, can't make them all happy but when we play by
all the rules and do as we are instructed how is it we are the punished
ones....I am just trying to find out the logic behind this rule that
they can't remove false feedback whe...
It was 8 days and I may have jumped a bit on the refund but its a dollar
item and was simply trying to do right and keep a buyer happy. And my
post office told me to file a lost mail claim....I know that does
nothing except put it in a que to be sear...
