Seller cancelled order and gave false statement "buyer cancelled" as reason for cancellation.

Seller "cara78916" cancelled order stating buyer cancelled order. Buyer ordered and promptly paid for item. What can be done to seller that does this to good ebay buyer? I am sure I am not the only buyer that has had this negative experience on ebay.
