Anyone else having issues with this tracking system? Almost every package is showing delivered but it is not arriving to my mailbox 2-3 days later and on two occasions not at all. When I contact ebay they just say tracking shows it was it was deliver...

Anyone else having an issue with the post office refusing to help with a delivery issue when Ebay standard delivery is used. Tracking shows it was delivered but since it was not USPS tracking they wont help
