I have a vehicle listed for sale.10 day auction$5000 opening bid$13000
reserve Day 2 of the auction a guy bids $10000 then $13000. He has the
winning bid for 6 days…..then he cancels his bids…..**bleep**? How can
you do that without any repercussions...
