A customer opened a case for order that was returned back to sender due
to insufficient as addressed asking for refund If I refund via Case,
will this impact the account?
Thank you I will do that next time. Also, Would you know if I can charge
them with Restocking Fee for ordered with Insufficient as Addressed or
Return to Sender?
