This is a Non-Delivery Scam. I filed a report with the Lincoln Co Sheriff. fidelit52 is an Internet Scammer. Beware.eBay would not help me. PayPal sided with the scammer. Hope they will investigate further. The sheriff is investigating this now.

Thanks for the info. I had to file the dispute directly with PayPal Credit twice since they judged against me the first time based on the fake FEDEX tracking info provided by EBAY. If Pay Pal doesn't rule in my favor, then I will try the EBAY solutio...
